SCHOOL BACKPACKS
Our goal is to pack 50 back packs with various supplies for children at New Bloomfield Elementary School for the 2017-18 school year. Even if you cannot provide a back pack, the supplies to fill those packs are necessary as well. The deadline for back packs & supplies is Sunday, August 6, 2017.
The back packs should not have popular characters on them, & should be appropriate for either a boy or a girl, since we don’t know who will be receiving them. The back packs need not be brand new, but should be in good repair.
Supplies needed in addition to back packs include:

#2 Pencils Pencil pouch
Notebooks Folders
CLOTHING MINISTRY
Many people don't know that the local schools are always in need of clothing items. You may donate clothing items to be kept in the school nurse office in case of emergency.
All types of clothing items are needed for both boys & girls: underwear, socks, shirts, pants, etc. Various sizes are needed, as the clothing must be suitable for children between Kindergarten and the fifth grade.
As with the back packs, the clothing need not be brand new, but should be in good repair.
